I have been seeing Dr. Smith for more years than I can remember and have always had a great experience. In fact, when he decided to move on from his previous practice to start his current concierge practice that comes with an annual fee, I didn't hesitate to sign on. He is always attentive and takes ever concern with care and compassion. In my current job I encounter many physicians and other healthcare professionals and in my opinion Dr. Smith is top notch and the Reno community is lucky to have him.

Dr. Paul Smith has been our doctor for years. He is very responsive and caring. He takes a wellness approach to caring for us, which has helped us to stay healthy well into our senior years. When a problem has arisen, he has been prompt to expedite referrals as needed. He then follows up with us throughout the treatment. We are very confident that we are getting the best care. The MD Vip program has been very valuable in helping us to maintain our good health.

I have been a patient for 20 plus years and stayed with Dr.Smith when he switched to md vip. It’s worth every $$ and I am particular fortunate to have the thorough annual physicals. I've been a patient of Dr. Smith for roughly 10 years. I googled his name to get his office number and found his reviews concerning and not reflective of my experience. Not surprisingly, most of the poor reviews appear to be from a single person over a couple of days in an effort to drive down his rating. Dr. Smith is a qualified, compassionate, and thorough. He was able to quickly identify that my appendix was about to burst and get me into the hospital (among other things over the years). I give him a big thumbs up across the board.

Physical exam consists of listening to chest through clothing, regardless of complaint. Disconnect. Surreal at times. Afterward, feel like I'm leaving a reality TV set.

Of course, everyone, even doctors, have bad days. However, make sure to go with your gut feel over time or you may be left with more problems and worse health. Trust your instincts when you encounter questionable behavior.

Membership based program. Limited patient numbers. Plenty of time for patients. Friendly and efficient. Office staff are nice.

I have been a patient of Dr. Smiths for over 6 years now...and would recommend him without a second thought to anyone. I just read the other review that was posted, and based on my relationship with Dr. Smith, this individual left out half of the story...namely their own behavior. Dr. Smith has always been attentive and his staff has always been friendly and forthright. He is funny, caring, and genuine...exactly what I want from a family physician. Thank you, Dr. Smith!
