Dr. Paul Alan Smucker, MD

Totally ridiculous that I’ve had to wait over 2 hours in the waiting room for allll of my visits. Fourth visit I left about an hour and a half without being seen. Might as well plan on taking the whole day off work cuz that’s how long one appt will take you!

Excellent while explaining treatment plan and alternatives.

Saw him many years ago for a lower back problem. He took great care of me. I've passed his name around for years.

If I could give zero that would be my rating , never once did he take time to examine me it's like he doesn't have the time just in and out is his beside manner no concern for my pain and he is not a honest person at all I would not recommend him to anyone.

Is a Dr with 1 tool, injections, might help some, not many. Is not interested in any other options. I am still in pain...he is not concerned at all!!!. Would not recommend to anyone.

I saw Dr. Smucker while he was in Springfield, IL. I saw him several times for therapy and shots and the last time for radio ablation. My treatment lasted for over a year and I" certainly wish he was back in Springfield so I could have another treatment. He was always courteous and friendly and I felt like he was very knowledgeable.

Did not like Dr. Smucker at all. Did not even want to have the appointment with him. Requested another of 2 other doctors. Since he was new here with not too many patients, I was stuck with him. The man is full of himself. Very bad bedside manor. Did not listen to me from day 1. Did unnecessary tests. Never did help me only took my money and told me nothing was wrong and he could not help me.

This guy is worthless. Has no real interest in anyone but himself. Stay away from this man.

Friendly. Gave me a warning before the painful procedures, and then informed me they were over. Offered me help to sit up and turn around on the table.

This man is so full of himself he can't stand being nice. He should quit.
