Dr. Paul Matthew Starker, MD

His staff was amazing and very courteous. Scheduling was easy and breezy. You get there basically pre-registered, and all you have to do is be there. Wish he spent more time looking at my ailment, but nonetheless, he got it out, and the scar looks like it's going to be near invisible.

Took care of my parents as if they were his own. Great bed side manner. Explains everything in detail. Wish there were more doctors like Dr. Starker!

Dr. Starker is very compasionate and has a great bedside manner. He has done more then 1 surgery on myself and would reccomend him.

Be careful - I had an emergency appendectomy and Dr. Starker was the doctor on call. After the fact, I found out he didn't participate in BCBS even though the hospital did. Dr. Starker's office deemed my insurance company's payment of $1800 for my emergency appendectomy insufficient, direct-billed me another $2400 that they then executed a lien on my bank account and took the money out while I was in active conversations with his wife, Abby Starker, and their legal counsel.Be careful if he doesn't accept your insurance, even if it's an emergency visit like mine was.
