I missed my last appointment because I wasn’t notified that I had an appointment . I am being charged 40 dollars for a missed notification. How much money does the doctor lose when a patient stops seeing this doctor? It has to be more than 40 dollars.

Not at all 5 stars!!!! I specifically asked to see Dr torintino but that was not the case. I was taken to a room with 2 Young ladies NO Doctor. They put 2 different sets of drops in both of my eyes the first one was extremely sticky and a little burning sensation it was hard for me to open my eyes and very blurry .The second was was not as bad. They said I had good vision but I I did have to strain a little to clearly see the numbers and and alphabet. After I got home my eye hurt and I had never felt pain in the eye socket area and forehead after an eye exam . I wondered and continued to feel that for a long time thinking it would go away till one day I was at work at my job as a cashier in a Dept store and a young man approximately 30 years old came to my register to pay for his young girls clothes and out of the Blue as I was scanning his merchandise he said My Eyes Hurt ?!?! I said mine do too. I said who tested your eyes and he said Dr Torintino's office . I said Dr,, Torintino… on Quarterfield Rd in Glen Burnie ? He said yes, . I said that's where I went . Then asked Dr Torintino Do your eye test ? he said no these 2 young girls did my exam and that's exactly who did my exam that was scheduled specifically for Dr Torintino. We both thought that was Odd but I had a line of people in line to cash out and that was that .. Sad that happened to both of us and I still have a problem with blurry vision . Make sure you get the person you set an appt with. I'm not sure what I'm gonna to do about the situation yet it's been over 3 month's and still have at times blurred vision and eye sockets still feel Wired ?? Any thoughts ??
