Dr. Paul David Tippet, MD

Dr. Tippet has horrible bed side manner. I felt like regardless of what issues you were having he had the same plan that he treated everyone with. Was not open to listening to my concerns or questions. His answer was to try medication and see what happens, rather than trying to get to the root cause of why I was experiencing menstrual abnormalities and pelvic pain. Did not leave me with any explanation or guidance. I felt rushed and like I was just another box he was checking off his list. I would not recommend this physician to anyone.

I went here for 2 years from 2004 to 2006 back then the staff was awesome except for Christy his wife and nurse. She was terrible I lost 2 pregnancies one of twins Christmas day 2004. It then took 9 months of trying to finally get pregnant with twins again. At 6 weeks pregnant I had my first ultrasound one twin was much smaller. As I was leaving the office Christy says to me. Don't consider yourself pregnant with twins because you are going to lose the little one and if you bleed when you do you will lose them both........ Chirsty is a horrible person but I do have twin daughters that are 14 years old today . I was not able to enjoy my pregnancy for fear of losing my babies. TIPPIT has no bedside manners and wanted us to give up and try ivf my pregnancy with my girls was or very last try we where going to give up as per his advice but something told my to try one last time. Great staff, flu shots available, and quick service

DO NOT GO HERE. What a waste of time and money spent. I never write reviews but had to for this DR. We went for fertility testing for six months. First off the Dr is very rude, I had a bad vibe about him at first and should of went with my instincts. The people in the office do not care about you and what you are going through. For example there were multiple times I would call and schedule my next appt....one of the girls would try scheduling me for text I just had done and I would have to say NO I just had that done last week why do I need to do this again. Because they are a scam and just want your money. I had to tell my story over and over again. No one listened or even care. I stopped going once I started to realize this place was a joke and they had no clue what they were talking about. It has been five months and we did not get one phone call to follow up on us and to see if we became pregnant. I did get one phone call within that time and that was to collect are balance. Yet… still then when they called for payment did not even ask how I was doing. Please do not waste your time here. I regret all the money I gave this place, for them to do absolutely nothing.

I am extremely pleased with the care I received from Dr tippit's staff. At first I was concerned because he didn't say much. I learned that he is very quiet and he was there when I needed him.

Dr Tippett is wonderful! He spent ample time with me during my first appointment. He diagnosed me promptly, performed surgery with confidence, and treated my condition with expertise. Because of Dr Tippett (and my husband) I have two beautiful children!

Horrid experience. Please go to any other fertility specialist in the area, or go to another state if you have to. Developed Asherman's after he didn't perform a surgery correctly. The staff is deplorable.

I would not recommend Dr. Tippet to any one. They are all about the money, I wasted thousands of dollars going to him. He is cold and the only time in the 1 1/2 years that i went to him that he spoke to me was when there was bad news. I miscarried and his only comment when he called was you need a D&C we will do it tomorrow. He showed no emotion or compassion. and his bed side manner was horrible! His wife, Christy who did all of my testing was rude. When i called with a concern about my insurance she told me "If you can't afford this then maybe you should just stop....be thankful that your insurance covers what it does..." She showed no compassion. Once when I expressed my disappointment in having to wait a month to try again again I was told it's just a month what's one more month. When you have been trying for years this is not what you what to hear. I am now seeing Dr. Wakim from Magee I should have gone to Magee first. They are running the appropriate tests. They are… working with my insurance company and they answer all of my questions. The nurses never treat me like I am a bother. I'm not just a bank account. Don't bother with Dr. Tippet!

I had been through all the fertility testing at my previous doctors office to no avail. I can't testify about most of the testing because my records were transferred. Within 5 minutes of meeting with Dr. Tippet he said he was 95% sure due to my family history and symptoms that I had endometriosis, all things my previous doctor had discounted. Dr. Tippet is very matter of fact, no sugar coating just the facts, which is exactly what I needed and wanted. We scheduled the surgery and I'm happy to say that 2 cycles after I'm pregnant! Kristy was always willing to answer my questions and always very helpful. They called with test results the same day and our experience with them has been great! So thankful we decided to go here. The nurses and ultrasound technicians are all very nice. We never had any bad experiences with them.

I was very pleased with my first appointment with Dr. Tippett. Very professional and courteous staff.
