Dr. Paul Adrian Tudder, MD

Stay away from this practice and this doctor at all cost if you don’t want to waist your investment in time in your OBGYN. The relationship between an OBGYN and a first time mom is quite important. A first time mom spends almost a year bonding with the doctor who will perform delivery of a first birth for her, and the doctors staff, and practice. After spending two years of established friendly and kind relationship with this practice, with the doctor, and his wonderful office manger at the time 2011-2012) being wonderful to me, my unborn precious baby and then my daughter, I had to go on Medicade due to loss of my job (20 plus year career as a defense contractor) and my cobra expiring. And unfortunately at the same time frame, Dr. Tudder’s at the time wonderful and kind office manager quitting. Dr. Tudder’s new office manager who took over in the 2012-2013 or 2014 time frame was a very rude woman with a huge ego. She kept putting road blocks in approving my BC pills (which I needed… for hormonal balance and possible tumors on my ovaries) and even leaving personal messages on my home answering machine re. possibility of me wanting more children which I was upset about. This woman dismissed me from the practice when I challenged her on this and other reasons re. asking their practice to follow needed procedures for approving my meds through Medicade. Though they accepted me having Medicade at that time, they didn’t want to do the extra effort that Medicade required for approving prespcritopns. The problem was not only this rude inconsiderate office manager but Doctor Tudder himself. He was the one hiding behind this office manager, refusing to have an honest conversation with his patients, not wanting to hear the patients side of the horrible way his new office manager was treating them and then resorting to what was easiest for him, just dismissing the patient and making them go away from his radar. I would stay away from the practice at all cost, as your investment in this doctor and practice may back fire on you depending on who he picks as his office manager. And I wouldn’t trust his friendly act at all. It’s his over friendliness and fatherliness and family oriented manner that deceives you into thinking that he’ll be your doctor for life. He will dismiss you in a second if his office manager wrongly tells him there’s a problem with you even if that means you’re simply trying to ensure they’re following thru with insurance they’ve said they accept. And Doctor Tudder doesn’t have enough discernment and bravery and sensitivity toward his own patients to stand up to his own out of line and rude staff. I’m very sorry that his 2011-2012 office manager left. She was wonderful and I’m sure if she was still there, I wouldn’t have lost him as my OBGYN. And even if they wouldn’t accept me as a Medicade patient at the time, they could have accepted me again when later on I got not one but both ppo insurances back.

They were accepting appointment on Monday 9/9 and when we showed up on Tuesday the office was locked a sign on the door saying they wouldn’t be seeing patients for certain practioneers anymore and that office was closed for renovation but everything was still locked up inside. Called the centerville office and they tried to say they hadn’t see. Patient in that office for months and i was just there last week and they wanted to charge me for records to try to find a new doctor. Being 28 weeks pregnant with preeclampsia I ended up in the hospital the next day with a new doctor. Thankful Dow the new practice but at the very least this has to be medical neglect.

I have been a patient for many years. I showed up 10 minutes late and they refused to see me and was not able to reschedule my appointment. The front office staff was rude and disrespectful to my needs as a longtime patient. This disappointed patient will be finding a new doctor.

Great Dr. Love Him

We paid all of our Office visits and they lost one of our payments. We did not keep the receipt for any of the office visits assuming they have records. Now they say we did not pay a $100 bill. They sent the Bill to collection agency and say we did not pay the $100. The staff used to be nice and they even said our bill was paid twice and now they are so rude and are not helpful.
