Dr. Paul Valentin-Stone, MD

I loved the time he took with me on my visit.

My mother went to Dr. Stone with various symptoms and she was dismissed. Later that night she had a massive stroke. After that, he decided he was no longer her doctor and abandoned her to physicians who were not familiar with her or her medical history. She felt betrayed by a doctor she had held in high esteem for many years.

Dr Stone does not take time with you. He barely seems to listen to you and then, rarely ever goes over with you what your illness is all about. i have to research it on the internet every time. He is knowledgeable, but just does not talk with you very much at all. which leaves you in the dark. When you press him on it, he seems irritated you even asked a question. Also, I cannot get through to them on the phone for an appointment. I have been calling for two weeks and get an answer machine every single time. Think it is time for me to find a better doctor that will take the time and listen. Dr Valentin-Stone needs to retire.

Likes: He makes you feel like family. Very knowledgeable in his field and his follow ups are second to none. Clinic appearance looks very nice and well kept. Other employees are friendly, caring, and very professional. Dislikes: Very busy and sometimes it seems like they are all overworked, but they always manage to keep all patients happy and satisfied.
