Dr. Vitenas is a fantastic surgeon. The minute you meet him you gain confidence in his ability and decision making. His staff is phenomenal and make the process super easy. I am 9 weeks post rhinoplasty and I already love my outcome!

Dr. Vitenas was amazing throughout my whole process, his confidence and knowledge made it easier for me to go ahead with the surgery . I never felt rushed with him or with his staff. They answered all the questions I had regarding my procedure. Such an amazing experience. My results were immediate and absolutely beautiful along with only 2 days of needed pain medication and absolutely no complications. I was ready to resume my daily routine in less than a week!

The entire journey with Dr. Vitenas was highly educational, flexible in scheduling & financing, and understanding to my needs. The operation went smoothly on-site and post-op there have been no health issues. I’m amazed by his skill as my recovery is better than expected. Wow!!! I had the best experience from start to finish! I had been searching around for the best surgeon and after calling many offices I would find that availability for appt/surgery dates were so far out and lots of offices who just lacked the welcoming experience that I was looking for. That was until my really good friend recommended Vitenas to me. I called them one afternoon and was seen within a week and I had the flexibility to book the date that I wanted. It was incredible. Horrible experience!

2 weeks post op. When i was looking for a breast augmentation I literally stalked reviews, Instagram, fb, surgeons in general. I don't even know where to begin. Family is the best word. From the moment you walk into this office you are treated like family. From the front office to Deisy the patient coordinator (I love her!, I want her job! She's just so happy and smiley all of the time!, and so attentive to your needs, call her anytime!) to meeting with Dr. V. He is kind, compassionate, so respectful and just talented. He has a gift from god. Dr V was not the only doctor i had a consultation with but he was the last one after meeting him. I just completely felt at ease around him and automatically felt like I could TRUST him. You have to be able to trust the person you hand your body over to!. And I don't trust many people so that was a sign for sure. I've never had surgery before and it was a breeze, the whole OR team make you feel safe and don't really give you time to get… anxious. The last words I said to him was, "please make them look beautiful". He replied, "i surely will". And, he did. I just had my 2 week post op and I couldn't be happier. Like y'all I have some super nice boobs and im picky! My advice if this is your first breast augmentation is to go with Dr. V recommendation on size. I let him choose everything. They are bigger than I expected he would pick but totally perfect for my body size. I love them! He has the eye of an artist and the hands of a watchmaker. Any reviews you've read that have said he's rude are misunderstood, let me tell you. He will not sugar coat things, he is strict about diet, pre op and post op instructions and is very straight to the point. NO SALT. I think he sees it as a teamwork. He will give you the boobs you want but you have to follow his instructions also to achieve the best results and he can be blunt about that. It's because he's a master of his craft . I think he's great and I think you should go and see him, if you're considering a breast augmentation and don't, you're mad! And he always gives hugs!! If you're on the fence, go see him. See for yourself. I love the billing lady too! She's awesome. The whole team is awesome. And special thanks to the lady you meet first on day of surgery and of course the OR nurses and anesthesiologist. And out of hours nurse.They are a 24 hr operation. DREAM TEAM!! I would never go anywhere else!!! So very happy. THANKYOU FOR MAKING ME FEEL A MILLION DOLLARS THROUGHOUT!!

Dr Vitenas in Houston is hands down the best plastic surgeon. Last year i decided i was going to have my under eye bags removed. After a lot of research i chose Dr Vitenas, and oh my goodness, the results were tremendous. I was only 36 and those hereditary eye bags made me look soooo awful, and after he did the blepharoplasty, it took away 15 years off my face. He also recommended some juviderm on my cheeks and i can't stress enough the genius nature of this man. Everyone compliments me on how young i look and i just chuckle , if they only knew. A year later i decided i had to have some breast implants put in, and i went right back to him and he was just as amazing. From the consult, his office staff, the surgery, i truly felt that he actually truly cares for his patients. He is genuine, and explains everything and i am so thankful to him and his staff. I would recommend him to everyone who desires to have anything done, he is one special doctor..
