Dr. Paul Hui Wang, MD

Rude, Greedy and Lack of Medical Knowledge doctor. The doctor has no sense of urgency. He threatened me for not wanting to go back to him for the follow-up of my first wellness visit. I was not impressed with the professional practice of him and his nurse during my first visit. After getting my medical report, I knew I could get a better help thru a different doctor. During the conversation with the nurse, Dr. Wang broke in with a loud, rude voice and threatened me for not wanting to go back to see me. So, he had time to snick my phone conversation with the nurse. But he did not have time to call me about the test result. He wanted me to go back to the office so he can bill me more. Dr. Wang is the worst doctor that I have ever seen so far. That's the reason why he is so easy to book in since his poor reputation. A very dishonest doctor. Not sure if he has earned any medical degree from the USA.

It was our first visit to Dr. Paul Wang and was great !! He made both of us feel very comfortable and he went over every detail with us about our visit. The doctor and his medical assistant were all very kind. There was hardly any wait time. Everyone was professional and made us feel very comfortable. We would highly recommend Dr. Paul Wang. Thank you Dr. Paul Wang and the team.

Awful! Indifferent! Staff is clueless, doesn’t return calls. Doesn’t follow up with referrals to necessary specialists. Would NOT ever recommend! I have since found another doctor.

I've been a patient for a few years. The office/doctor generally seems to be okay. Dr. Wang treats you like a person. The person manning the front desk lacks the needed customer service skills/personality to be in that position.

Very disappointed in this practice. Asked me to come in for fasting lab work prior to my appointment. When I arrived, I checked in and then waited 45 minutes to find out the front receptionist had never let the lab know I was there. During my appointment later that day, the doctor disregarded several of my concerns regarding irregular heart rate. Found out later (through a completely different source) that my potassium levels were much too low. 6 weeks after initial lab work and appointment, no lab results had been communicated. When I called to follow up, I was informed that all labs from the day I was there had been "corrupted," and I would need to return to have them run again. No thank you. I will be looking for a doctor elsewhere.

His staff got me in on time, they were incredibly professional, and he had me out with an appointment for an MRI and the appropriate medication within a half an hour. I can't tell you how impressed i am by by this doctor and his staff. He will remain my PCP unless he moves.

After my husband passed, Dr. Wang refused to sign his death certificate, saying he wasn't a member of Baylor, where he died. After many phone calls from me, they finally told him to sign it. GO TO ANOTHER DOCTOR!

If you are looking for comprehensive medical care and care for your health, this is not the facility and doctor. They are just looking to get you in their office and bill the maximum to insurance , there is no follow-up. Dr. will prescribe lab work but it won't be done and they won't even share results without you going back into their office so that they can bill insurance again. In my case Dr. had ordered CT -SCAN , I got done at a facility other then their recommended , It was evident that dr. had not even looked at report .. they had every excuse on why they couldn't while I was able to open the film fine on my PC without any issues. On my second visit, Dr. prescribed another blood test , I followed-up for 1 week and their front desk receptionist kept lying to me that they are still waiting on result ( fortunately I had setup account with labcorp and could see when they delivered the report to dr). Dr. prescribed a medicine which was very high dose and insurance denied , I called… them on nearly daily basis to get this corrected but no response and after 1 week nurse changed the dose to what was not even appropriate ( once a day in place of twice a day as medicine needs to remain in body).. I finally woke up and went to a different dr. and got the care needed. If you care for your health and well being I would highly recommend to avoid this dr.

Looking for another doctor at present time. In for yearly visit. Doesn't listen to heart, lungs, look in ears, or go over blood work. Never had a doctor that didn't do this. Just happened on this doctor when I went to ER and didn't have doctor at that time. I feel like he doesn't have a lot of training or experience. Should know office routine when seeing a patient.
