DR WHITE WAS WONDERFUL AND A HERO POR DIAGNOSING THIS AND TRYING TO STOP THIS. AN UNSUNG HERO. This is not so much a complaint but instead awareness and we feel that there is something just so powerful of an impact statements for resolution and change in a person and heinous cruelty and perversion that is unimaginable and unpunishable. The nursing program needs to know this such as ECC. While Ms. Martinez RN for many years, was in the nursing program mid to late 80's she was concurrently condoning and aiding the sexual sodomny of a 5 month infant to almost 3.5 years of age off and on by Jose Herrera Jr and the Herrera family; Celia Herrera and son preformed sexual sodomn and abuse for all this time infant being used for sexual release that was proven by physicians and witnessed by a few along with her mother Nara Martinez who lied and aided Celia Herrera. The young parents blindly trusted Celia Herrera who was using them for this heinous act or worse in all this time without… them quite knowing until complaint was filed against them then it was confirmed infant was being sodomized all this time and later although at the end of the childcare he was kept threatened but told parents especially mother he was being hurt in that area and that Jose Jr would cut his head off or rip his head off would use doll to show him and trigger his fear. While Ms Martinez was finishing her nursing program then fiance and mother in law repeatedly told her to stop this or at least inform mother to no longer use this childcare. She not so much did nothing but made statements that they deserved it? Fiance-Husband and mother in law took the time to go directly to her mother Nara Martinez and pleaded to stop, who lied then later instructed Celia Herrera on how to do so and to be careful to not get caught. There is a lot more to this, but the bottom line is that they ruined this child and took years for him to be able to semi recover and will never get his infancy childhood and adolence and yes even life back. There after Ms Raquel Martinez aided sister of sex offender to finish RN program also. We ask that you take a moment, just a moment we believe this will help many. Visualize your baby or your relatives baby but for most your child, infant how beatiful they are, they cant talk or move and tell you anything; then see them literally being sodomize and whaling crying while your at work and cant hear them or do anything, then visualize yourself after work or activities and going to pick you your child and the sister handing them over to you teary eyed seconds, literally seconds from the room they were in being sodomized. Visualize this then happening on and off for three years all that time to ppl you completely trusted. What can you do with ppl like this? That is why we believe acknowledgement is so powerful. But since this was taking place as Ms. Raquel Martinez was attending while concurrently hearing seeing knowing this was happening to mothers accomplice the program is invalid void null to say the least. Thank you and really take this into consideration, this is all fact to this day. The child is not 29 and there has been others. Keep in mind that this couple never did anything to provoke something like this AT ALL. Yet there after the family, especially sister and very dangerous Ana Herrera Rodriguez continued to torment and ruin mother and child. We want to help this family that suffered to this day. Also keep in mind these are very personable functionale people and you would never think they have this darkness in them, double and secret lives including Santeria by a Xiomara Perez.
