I was out of town with an infected wound. I emailed the dr. and he responded within a half hour. I then called him for more information and was able to speak with him. He sent a rx to a local pharmacy and I was all set. I was so impressed with his prompt service!

Very knowledgeable, excellent listener and offers excellent solutions/advice, or next steps for whatever the medical scenario is being treated. Also has excellent medical contacts for additional medical services as necessary. Allows a very reasonable time for each visit.

I joined Gulfshore Concierge Medicine a couple years ago for the expedient access to healthcare when needed and establish my care network in Naples as a new Florida resident. Dr Zuercher is very responsive and the office staff follows through on all commitments. They connected me with quality specialists in the area which was very valuable for my busy schedule. Convenient North Naples offices.

I was determined that I had tonsil cancer by Dr. Zuercher. My condition was very serious. I decided to have radiation treatment in NY. The Dr. NEVER called me to find out how I was doing and if I needed anything. Is that the way to treat a member of his practice? I cannot understand the action.

My visits to Dr. Zuercher have always been positive. Dr. Zuercher embraces ,in my opinion, a practical approach to maintaining ones health . This approach includes understanding and explaining the elements that impact an aging persons body. I especially like and appreciate the accessibility and genuine concern for his patients. Again in my onion the standards set by Dr. Schlossberg and the CM team is maintained and new standards are achieved as technology and research is incorporated into the practice.
