Dr. Carr was my doctor as a child through young adulthood. She made me feel very comfortable and visits were always quick and easy. She was definitely my favorite doctor, I wish she would come back and practice in Virginia again. Highly recommended.

Dr. Carr is extremely thorough and takes an interest in your overall well-being. I have been a Kaiser patient for over 20 years and Dr. Carr is the best primary care physician I have had at Kaiser. Many other doctors go through appointments as if they are checking off chores on a to-do list, not Dr. Carr. She ensures that all of your concerns are addressed and provides you with a detailed plan of action. Just when I was considering changing insurance providers, Dr. Carr has given me a different perspective on Kaiser Permanente.

Dr. Paula Carr has been my primary care physician for over 12 years. I love her pleasant personality as well as her doctor/patient bedside manner. Dr. Carr have always made sure that I received proper tests that was needed for me to survive based on my family history as well as my life style. Dr. (Carr) Jubilee, is great. My husband and I have been her patients since we moved into the area 5 yrs ago. She listens to me and is open to the fact that I prefer alternative medicine. She'll gives me a chance to try the alternative before giving me script. She explains things fully and clearly. We highly recommend her and have to our friends.

you can tell that she really cares for her patients. she is a great listener and before she jumps to conclusions she always evaluates her information.

In the age of "let's keep this quick and simple" Dr. Jubilee is a pleasant surprise. She was prompt in seeing me, compassionate, caring and thorough in her exam. I've seen 3 Family Physicians in the last year, looking for the right combination of courteous staff, credentials, bedside manner, and availabilty. Dr. Jubilee and her team score tops in all categories.

Dr. Carr does not take enough time with patients. I feel she overbooks or just to many patients on schedule. She is to swift with the pad.Just listen to patients when they are explaining the illiness/problem

I find Dr. Carr to be an outstanding professional. I recommend her to anybody that needs a doctor.
