I never saw her only had phone consultation because I have mnedical disorder (trigeminal neuralgia a severe facial pain disorder, triggered by touch to affected area) that does not allow me to mask. She was great on the phone. Very nice,listened, call wasprobably at least 30 minutes long. She listened to my symptoms, and actually heard me which i find rare in many doctors, She also understood why I cant mask and showed empathy about that (which i Have also found to be rare). She sent me for tests. Her staff went out of the way to try and ifnd hospital that would et me come in without mask, Got the results on line. Called office to ask her to call me about the tests. She did so quickly, gave full explanation and again wasv ery empathetic and nice. There are few docs i recommend. She is one of them I do

Dr. Paula is great. My PCP sent me to a cardiologist and Dr. Paula was the first available for which I’m glad. She listened to me, told me what the results of the test was and what it meant. She explained everything well and made sure I understood. She also explained why she wants another test. She is very knowledgeable and explained the possibilities of what could be happening with me. Also she was very comforting about the outcome of the test.
