Dr. Fergusson and the other Doctors had Kids First are super. She is always caring and has sound advice. The staff is always friendly and I always recommend her!

I saw this very negative review and it upsets me greatly! Dr. Fergusson is the most caring and compassionate pediatrician I have ever met and I have never had a negative experience. The accusation that she is more concerned about profits is unjustified. KidsFirst is great place and all of the doctors (there are no Nurse Practitioners!) are great!

Very poor pediatrician. Not concerned with patients. Focused on profits. No follow-ups, condescending attitude towards questions, and aloof.

Dr. Fergusson and her associates are great pediatricians and you can rely on their judgement. We have been taking our kids to her for many years and find her kind, professional and willing to take time to explain things.

I wouldn't refer any friend to Dr Fergusson. She siad that my daughter is not gaining adequate weight and height and asked for may lab tests. The nurses at the lab were stunned and did not understand the need for these tests, which required 3 samples of blood!! Can you believe that, taking 3 samples of blood from a 9 month old baby. Ofcourse, the lab couldn't do it as my baby did not have much blood. She sufferred for half an hour while the nurses tried to take the blood sample. They were only able to get half a unit. After that we decided to get a second opinion. The other doctor did not see anything wrong with my daughter. Dr Fergusson failed to realize that breastfed babies gain less weight during the first year compared to formula fed ones. She also failed to realize that the size of the baby is very much related to her parents and genetics. Dr Fergusson caused us a lot of stress without a reason. I can compare her to a robot that is not capable of using judgement. Stay away!!

Love Dr. Fergusson. She is very patient and kind. She genuinely cares. When my infant daughter had a really bad UTI she called on a Sunday to see how she was doing. I recommend her.
