I was in very bad shape by the time I got in. Truly a top notch professional. She took the time to go in depth about my options. Her and her staff were extremely polite and helpful in answering all of my questions and concerns. Most of all they put me at ease and started treatment within a few minutes. She even shared a few fish stories to help me calm down. A 5 star group all the way around. Thank you all so much.

For my routine colonoscopy, Dr Hall used a anesthesia doctor outside of my insurance network. This oversight came directly out of my wallet. There was no prior discussion, just a bill in the mail. I chose her as she was in-network. You think her office would do the me the same service. My covered "preventative care exam " ends up costing me over $1000.00

I just had my first colonoscopy with Dr. Hall, and I had a very good experience. She gave me a great feeling right away, and I trusted her very quickly as she was very professional and thorough, and she showed that she clearly cared about me. She seems to love what she does. She took ample time to talk to me before and after the procedure, and answered questions thoroughly. She also has a good sense of humor, and is very kind. Her staff is also very friendly and professional. Dr. Hall is punctual. The nurse told me that she was always on time, and she was. I hope that Dr. Hall will be available for my next colonoscopy. I will definitely ask for her. If I lived closer to Springfield, I would ask her to be my MD.

Having a colonoscopy is somewhat unnerving. Dr. Hall was so thorough and thoughtful it made the entire experience much less stressful. I hope she is still available for me in 10 years when it is time for a repeat! You are very fortunate to have her in your practice.

Dr. Hall deserves more stars than 4. She is down-to-earth, caring, helfpful, and very good at what she does. I did not have a single problem or any discomfort from my colonoscopy. I would HIGHLY recommend her for any gastroenterology issues. If she does not feel is the best for your situation, she will refer you immediately to someone else. I have complete trust in her.

Paula Hall has been my doctor for fifteen years,shes the best,she has a great patient doctor relationship and her surgery staff is the best Ive seen and Ive had seven non related surgeries.
