This is the 3rd time I’ve tried to get an appointment to see a doctor about my health concerns and was waiting in line to be checked in at 10:14 and my appointment was for 10:20am and once I got to the desk the time was 10:24 and the receptionist had to call the doctor to ask if I’d still be able to be seen and she told her to reschedule me. Mind you I was on time in the building. I got told next appointment wouldn’t be until the end of August! I been trying to get seen by the same place since the very beginning of this year!!! I used the last of my gasoline to get here today and I might have to go to the ER. I’ve never had so many issues with a medical facility. For my first visit never being there I did good on timing as dr thielen was on the 3rd floor. I even filled out all my prior paperwork and made sure I was ready for my visit. I’m very angry and disappointed! I don’t even want a full 40 minute physical I just wanna be told I’m okay! This place makes me sick

Dr T listened to every one of my concerns and was very thorough and concerned when no one else was. I wouldn't be here without her. She literally saved my life. I'm so happy to have a new lease on life and this perfect new baby (July 2023). Thank you, Dr T!!

I seen Dr. Thielen for follow up after having my daughter by emergency c-section because my primary doctor was out of town. I told her of some intense abdominal pain I was having quite a few inches higher and to the right of my c-section site. She seemed to chalk it up to trying to get more pain meds, never looking into the pain or even offering me an explanation. When I went back because the pain was getting worse, she told me it was probably just pain from the c-section or a pulled muscle. By the third time I went back, my primary doctor was back and after an ultrasound, I was diagnosed with an abscess on my abdominal wall. My daughter was just 2 weeks old and after the traumatic birth we had already went through and rough first 2 weeks of recovery as a single mom, I had to leave her with family for 4 days so I could get taken care of, which included having to have a drain placed. If Dr. Thielen would have cared and listened to me in the first place instead of shuffling me through… the gate like patients are just cattle to be processed and moved on from, a simple round of antibiotics may have prevented so much unnecessary grief and pain. I wouldn’t recommend her to my worst enemy.
