I called for an appointment and was so glad someone answered the phone directly without having to go thru a lot of prompts. I was able to get a same day appointment since I was not feeling well.

Dr. Sjolund was fine. The problem is her receptionist. They rush you and when you are ill it is almost impossible to get an appointment. One time I was having an emergency and asked kindly(practically begging) to be seen by the doctor. I was told the soonest appointment would be 2 weeks from the time I had called. I was crying and the receptionist was pretty heartless and hung up on me. I have not been back because I needed to find another doctor.

great staff but I feel so rushed with the doctor. Shes nice but feel like she just wants to get ready to retire. Ive been a patient for years but feel its time to move on.

Revert thorough. She addresses all of your concerns. Common sense medicine. Doesn't have you walking out with a hand full of prescriptions.

Staff wonderful. I feel rushed with the doctor at times and everything is yes or not answer. Hate the office hours always have to take off or go in late.

Not much of a bedside manner, spends more time on the computer her office converted to recently. Very little eye contact. I have been a patient since her office opened and she remembers very little from one visit to the next. Nice Dr for colds and that sort of thing, but not very thorough, you have to know what is wrong with you when you get there. Great Staff-very engaging, helpful & polite.

I've been going to this doctor for 6yrs. and every year when I come in for my physical it's like I'm seeing her for the first time.
