She has an agenda, does not treat the whole patient, not consider any pre-existing, serious conditions that you have that could be part of the issue, not actually listening or hearing the patient. Arrogant, Argues, leaving you with the same symptoms and no treatment or help for what you came in with, and having to go to immediate care, ER or another doctor/specialist. not pro active for a medical solution

I have lost all confidence in her ability to provide quality care to patients in need.

Spencer is a terrible doctor with an even worse bedside manner. She doesn’t listen and is rude, dismissive, and disrespectful. I left her office crying and will never return.

I’ve been a patient for just a few years. She has not done a good job with my health care. Her main goal was to cut me off of 2 prescriptions- 1 for depression and 1 for anxiety. Both had been prescribed by my neurologist who retired a few years ago. My dosages are very low to begin with. She denied a refill of one until I had a consultation. I had been completely run out of the medication for a few weeks. I understand tapering down to get me off, but panic attacks ensued. She finally refilled for a lower dose. That works, but the way she has handled situations is no good. We all want doctors who are accessible and listen and care for their patients. She also did an annual woman’s exam that was not thorough! I do not recommend her if you have any current health problems. I have been diagnosed with multiple sclerosis over 30 years ago. She’s clueless about my situation.

Dr. Spencer was my doctor for over 10 years. She always treated me so well and would go above an beyond. She treated me as an adolescent and adult and I always felt comfortable going to her for anything and always left feeling like I was seen as a "human being" instead of a "number". I moved away from the area almost 10 years ago and have not yet been able to find another primary that comes close to comparing to Dr. Spencer! I wish there were more like her. -Odessa Coulter

I'm a long time patient that has never felt more comfortable around a doctor. She seems very honest- not just ready with a prescription pad three minutes into the appointment. In fact she has taken me off meds that I was on for years, not realizing that they wee no longer needed. She will tell you, sometimes to your surprise, that she wants you OFF a certain medicine, sometimes switching to a newer or better one. She's warm and takes the time to know you by listening. I don't have any other experiences with doctors that are even close.

Dr. Spencer is always willing to discuss in detail my concerns, etc. She always talks to me like I am intelligent adult without dismissing my concerns.

Visited this clinic after they moved from lower Sunnyside Road. Now they are by Albertsons. Dr. Spencer was a good listener. She didn't interrupt. After, she asked more questions, and then checked the symptoms I had. I feel I was given good quality care. Other doctors I've had to see because of my insurance getting messed up were on some kind of quota I think. I saw one doctor at the hospital for 4 minutes, not counting a twenty minute wait. The office was clean, and the staff seemed friendly. The real difference was that the doctor did not look at her watch or make me feel like I was being rushed. I recommend her highly.
