Waited 75min. Visit with doctor seemed thorough. Thought the wait must have been due to the time the doctor spent with the patients. Come to find out she has a weight loss clinic out of the same office. Those patients do not have to have an appointment and come in anytime visiting and disturbing real patients in need. I also found out patients can come to see her without an appointment which means those with an appointment will have to wait even longer.

I felt so bad that the wait was horrible. 75 minutes is hard for anyone to tolerate. BUT, I have to admit after visiting with Dr. Springer she was worth the wait. The staff was very friendly and efficient so where did the time go? It went to the patients that Dr. Springer listened to and cared for without hesitation. She said what was on her mind and did her best to treat you with the professionalism that we all expect but rarely get.That kind of care takes time, so be prepared. I will return, I'll just make sure to bring a snack.

Staff is horrible office is like a circus no one really knows what going on.. Dr. Springer not caring doctor she never follows up! if I told you all the bad experiences you wouldn't believe me.. kept faith things would get better but looking for another primary as we speak! Very sad..

I never write reviews except on books I buy. My insurance is a well known carrier and it was my first visit for a physical that required a colonoscopy. The physical was about as hands off and the least complete I have ever had in 40 years. They referred me to an out of network Gastro (unknown to me). The Dr. said "you will have a office visit charge" and I was adamant for them to code it under my free annual physical. The Gastro office visit was $392! I thought it was a joke. It was later reduced to $227. I told the Dr back office support to pay it or reimburse me. After sitting on hold at Dr Springers office on multiple days for close to 45 mins (never getting through or able to leave a message), I FAXED them a message to call me- no returned call. I had to drive up to their office and ask what the status was on the reimbursement. They said they got my fax but hadn't heard anything and they were trying to get the Gastro to reverse the charge!!! They blamed it on the… Gastro office and I insisted that they didn't confirm my insurance as i requested and again asked them to reimburse me for the $227. They continued to make excuses. I took my files and left never to return to that zoo!!! Pick another doctor-

I was told from my mother to set up an appointment with her. After multiple calls and several days of trying I never once was able to set up an appointment. Sadly my mother had to set it up when she called for a refill her prescription for her blood pressure medicine (which they had assured her 2 days prior would be set to the pharmacy. Sadly they didn't send the prescription to the pharmacy for almost a week. So she went without when she truly needed it.) When I arrived for a regular check up I sat for a good hour and a half in the waiting room before being seen. They then told me I was getting a pap smear even though I hadn't set up an appointment for that. Then they inform me the nurse was confused and gave me my regular checkup. I was told to set up an appointment for my pap at the front desk before leaving. When I tried the front desk got distracted never set up the appointment and just have me a referral to a lab for a blood test they requested. I still have yet to hear my… results for the blood panel. I have yet to set up an appointment for a pap and I can't get a hold of any live human when I call the office. It's been over 2 weeks and the only way I can see to set up an appointment is to walk in but with how unorganized their front desk and nurses are I almost doubt I'll accomplish all the things I need done. And what's the point of a phone if you're never going to answer it? I have never had such bad service or lack of care by a physician. And the way they didn't even show urgency to my mother's high blood pressure medicine is just ridiculous. I love my mother and I expect her doctors to care for her as much as I do. I wish there was a way to rate negative stars because rating them even 1 star is giving them way too many.

I hated going to see her, most times phone calls were not answered and I had to keep calling tell they were answered. Had issues pushing her for medical attention, she didn't believe I needed tell my clock almost ran out. My c section had staff and had spread pretty far before I had to take my self to the we which wasn't exactly easy do too I had a new born and 2 year old. I refuses to go back here. It's sad that me being 22 married and a mother had to have my parents come in to help persuade her to see I was actually I'll!
