Dr. Vecchio is such a a wonderful doctor. She truly takes care of her patients. She takes the time to listen to each person's problems. I have had her for a doctor my entire life and I would not change doctors for anything in this world. She is wonderful!

Dr. Vecchio is a true primary care doctor, who shows concern for you and looks out for your overall health, recommending the routine tests you should have but not pushing things on you, being a partner in your health care, not a dictator. The office arranges for consults, checking with your insurance and setting up appointments. Some staff people are not very responsive and can be curt at times. Waits can be lengthy (I'm not patient with that) but that's because Dr. V gives each patient the time they need.

As a family practice MD she is what you would want. She will listen to what you have to say and will follow-up. I believe she knows her limitations and will refer to a specialist when needed. I have had many problems with the office staff, but that is a different matter. Also as for the area the office has lousey hours and is difficult to get anything after hours or on long weekends. The doctors will go on vacation and you cannot get a refill until your doctor returns.
