Unkind was not compassionate when my dad passed away and would not renew my meds... tried to explain family death .. offered to show the obituary but was not willing to work with me at all... I had to find another dr.

Rude, Judgemental, talks at you and not to you, it's her way or the highway, unprofessional, thinks she is God and knows everything, if you are under 30 she treats you like a stupid child and doesn't care about your input when making a care plan. I have begged her to change my meds and she refused and when asked why she said because she didn't want to, no regards for how you actually feel, instead of being able, to be honest with her about how you feel you must lie or she will threaten to have you locked away in a psych ward. She made me go to her for a year to "monitor me" before being willing to even discuss changing my medication which clearly was not working, but now that it has been a year she is transferring me off her service to someone else for me to just get lost in the system with no help or hope. Not open to discussing new medication or research going on; she rather stay in the prehistoric dinosaur ages. If you want to die then go see her for assisted suicide!

After searching for help with my mental issues, I finally was assigned to see Paula Warner. She is the only professional I have seen in my entire 40ish years of life who was able to actually help me! She actually understood methylation issues and was able to treat my MTHFR effectively. She is kind, and always listens to me and my concerns. She is also quick to act on them. Additionally, she is willing to do research on things which are new to her. She was able to completely CURE my anxiety issues and phobias. My depression is also a thing of the past. I have recommended her to everyone who I meet who have similar issues and/or family history. She doesn't just treat the symptoms but also the cause.

DID NOT TAKE THE TIME TO LISTEN OR UNDERSTAND. PAULA GAVE UP. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND FOR ANYONE HAVING A HARD TIME WITH MENTAL HEALTH.
