Paule Valery Joseph

Dr. Paule V. Joseph is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and primary care provider serving patients across Maryland via telehealth. She is the founder of My Anchor Health PC in Rockville, MD — a telehealth primary care practice accepting new patients for in-person video visits, with evening and Saturday hours. Dr. Joseph provides comprehensive primary care for children (ages 5+), teens, and adults, with a focus on women's health, weight loss and GLP-1 medication management, mental and emotional health, hormonal health, and pediatric and adolescent care. She earned her PhD from the University of Pennsylvania School of Nursing, her MSN from Pace University, her BSN from the College of New Rochelle, and her MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology.
