Professional, patient and kind; so grateful to Dr. Dreher for taking the time to answer all of my questions.

Presents as caring and compassionate but didn’t really learn much or get significant treatment options. Talked about major bladder surgical options but not more reasonable options such as perhaps other medications. Came into appointment expecting to discuss implantable tibial Nerve stimulating device which I had learned about searching desperately for options and noted that it was listed on website as available at this practice. Was told it was a simple, minimally invasive practice but that I would need to go to PHILA to get it because it was not up and running at this practice yet even though listed on practice website (misleading). If so simple then why not available YET? Why are practices in Reading/Berks Co area always behind the times? I hesitantly accepted referral for pelvic floor PT which I am dreading based upon feedback from several women in the past. But looking at my history of trying everything else (Bladder injections, major company neural stimulation device & several… medications …..all with limited and short term success and many with significant negative side effects…I guess it was the only option remaining that I haven’t put myself through. I have other medical conditions that have negatively impacted my quality of life but none as drastically as OAB and urinary incontinence. How this condition destroys someone’s quality of life seems to be just a routine concern for the medical professionals unless you’re up for major surgery, Once again I feel insignificant.

Everyone at Dr Dreher's office was very happy and helpful. They got me back to the exam room quickly and reviewed my health history.My wait time was not long at all. I just love Dr Dreher. I've been seeing her for a while, and she is very professional, pleasant, and caring. She helps me figure out the best path for my care. Now, if I could just get rid of these crazy kidney stones, I think we'd both be very happy.
