Dr. Trum worked with us to help get my son stable after multiple medication failures with previous doctors. She makes sure you understand why she is recommending certain medications and she listens to both the patient and the family.

Gave me the same meds, same dose after I told her it made me feel worse and said she has to adjust it, ITS BEEN THREE MONTHS. Then she doesn’t listen to you after she continues to interrupt me while I’m telling her what I’m haveing difficulties and still continues to interrupt me. I’m done and tired of her

She prescribed meds but when it came to refill, couldn't get an appt for 6 weeks. So - no med refills! Who lets their patients go without meds for 2 weeks. Their answer- go to the emergency room. Stay far away

I saw Dr. Trum several times while at Silver Cross Hospital. Although my time with her was only for about 10 minutes or so each time, I can say that she took the initiative to order blood work on me to check my thyroid. I found out from that blood test that I have Hashimoto's Disease, which causes many symptoms. She advised me to take Vitamin D and fish oil supplements and to stay away from gluten. Too bad I had to spend 7 nights and 8 days in their behavioral center before anyone decided to actually give me medical treatment. I came in through the emergency room and was diagnosed with an auto-immune disease by a psychiatrist! I give the emergency room a F!

cold hearted, does your dx on her computer, cuz she can't think, don't even get emotional, she hates that. go anywhere but to her!

I wouldn't send my dog to Dr. Trum. She has a horrible bedside manner. I don't know why she is a psychiatrist. She has no compassion and treated me like I had a dreaded disease. DON'T GO TO HER!!!!

Dr. Trum is not compasive with people that surround her, her mood swings and constantly changes of ideas makes her look not human. How that kind of person could be treating mental illness that affected now days millions of americans looking for help? She primary needs help for herself!

I believe Dr. Trum is likely one of those people that is too smart to have any social skills. She was very rude and spoke down to me despite my knowledge of my own illness. She was my dr in the hospital. She spent between two and four minutes talking AT me, prescribed medications without telling me and left. If she had at least discussed the medication changes with me I could have told her which ones had been tried before and didn't work instead of wasting days in the hospital. She made demeaning comments to me on one occasion and had an obvious negative reputation with staff at the hospital.
