She has been the doctor for myself and my daughter for many years. She is very caring and genuinely wants the best for you.

I am so happy my wife introduced me to her Dr. She is a really Pro Active, and has gotten my Bloodwork and health greatly improved after sticking with a Male Dr I had for 20 yrs that was not on top of a lot of things. Sometimes you have to be patient waiting for her in exam room. But that is because she always sits and explains to me any issues, or test results I have or need. She doesn't rush you off, & I am so happy I found her. Hopefully she continues to practice for many more yrs in our city of Clio.

I am in the process of looking for a new doctor for my family. Dr Aquino is the worst doctor I've ever seen. I really believe she's only in it for the money and not to care for people. She gives a hard time to give out any scripts. Even for an inhaler which is what I needed. If I have an asthma attack right now I'm going to be in big trouble. She wouldn't fill it when I was in there last time. Saying I needed another appointment to do a breathing test. I can't afford to pay for another office visit right now. She's very rude and just walks out of the room when she's done and doesn't ask if I have any questions. I went in for my physical recently but she didn't hardly do anything. I've had them done before with other doctors so I know what usually is done during the physical. I'm sure she's billing my insurance for a physical in which she really didn't do any of the things required for it. Her office staff are just as awful. Not friendly at all and very rude.

I am severely disappointed in the care my grandmother received while under Dr. Aquino's care. The doctor goes on vacation often and has no form of coverage while she is gone, leaving the patient to only get care via the emergency department even for non-emergency issues. During the doctor's most recent vacation, my grandmother was diagnosed with a terminal illness and subsequently a significant increase in pain. When we called the office to address this issue we were told that the doctor would be out for another week and a half, with no backup doctor, and we would just have to wait. We feel that is unacceptable.

Lacks knowledge and manners It's a shame that there are people that call themselves physicians that do not know what they are doing. Sad. Scary. Waste of time.

Goog visit very concerning

Absolutely the greatest Doctor! She is so on top of everything regarding my health! I love her staff, they go above and beyond! I will never look for another Doctor until I have to!

She goes above and beyond what is expected of most doctors and truly cares about her patients.

This Doctor needs to get another front window person. This new person who replaced Bambi doesn't know what she is doing. I was sad to learn that she was no longer here because she took care of my needs but this new one doesn't know what is going on. I tried to give time to get comfortable but everything has been down hill since she left. And the nurse looks so frustrated and doesnt have time to help you. So rude and unprofessional! Maybe they are overworked all I know is I didn't use to have this problem!

The doctor is nice. Don't care for the wait time but my last doctor wait was longer. The medical assistant doesn't care to take time with you. She takes you back but doesn't work fast to get the things done so you can leave. I just leave her alone and talk to Bambi, she is the one who works up front. I go to her for everything. She takes time for u tp answer your questions.
