Dr. Pauline Liang Pepek, MD

Pepek is very knowledgeable i will not deny that - but her lack of listening and compassion towers over that. She was recommended to us after I had my son - he is now 8 weeks old and she has constantly brushed aside our concern regarding his vomiting until I insisted she look into it!

My daughter was in the NICU for 5 days when born 10 years ago. MY OB called in Dr. Chang who was wonderful and remained my daughters pediatrician until she retired. We moved to Dr. Pepek and couldn't be more pleased with her and the staff. I can say that since taking over Dr. Chang's practice, the wait times have improved dramatically- now its about 30-35 minutes where it used to be an hour.

Terrible patient service/ billing.

We have had such a great experience with Dr. Pepek. She has been very informative for us as first time parents and readily shares tips and helpful hints.Her staff has also been great and knows us by name when we enter. We know Dr. Pepek will be our pediatrician for the next 18 years. :)

I especially like the fact that she is down to earth and explains things very well. Even if I don't get it all. I really like to hear it all. Often times when I bring my child in for a sick visit I am exahusted, sleep deprived, and worn out. So I'm not thinking clearly to even think of the right questions to ask, so I appreciate her asking me if multiple choice and helping me think through it all! Totoally appriceated! As for the wait time... ugg. It is hard, but most of the time I feel it is well worth the wait to have someone I trust care for my child. THANK YOU.
