Not recommended this clinic at all

I fell snd broke my nose a year ago and could no longer breathe out of one side. Two other specialists turned me down for surgery as they felt successful repair was too difficult due to broken cartilage, etc. Dr. Goco had no hesitation and not only corrected the broken cartilage but also did turbinate reduction which I needed as well to breathe better. Maybe it’s because he is also a plastic surgeon as well, but he was able to restore my nose to its previous appearance, something that the other doctors claimed was unlikely. I am very happy with his talent and his care.

I came to Dr. Goco earlier in the year 2018. He correctly diagnosed a sinus issue I had all my life. He expertly performed out-patient surgery in his operating room in his office. 10 months later, I am infection free and experiencing no problems. I trust him implicitly to always know what is needed. We are very blessed to have him in Murfreesboro, as he is talented enough to go to any major city he chooses.

Dr Goco gave me Sinoplasty and turbinate reduction and I can breath like Never before!

Dr. Goco is an amazing surgeon! I just recently had sinus surgery. Dr. Goco had to perform a septoplasty, turbinate reduction, complete ethmoid, bilateral maxillary antrostomy, frontal sinus, sphenoid sinus, and fusion. I had been sick for several months and we could not find the cause until I went to Dr. Goco. My sinuses were not only in bad shape as you can see from the list of surgical procedures that were needed but I also had infection that was trapped in all of my sinus cavities. Waking up from surgery I immediately was able to breath better and hear better! I did not bruise and could tell I was going to feel so much better and be healthy once recovery was complete. I followed procedures exactly after surgery from the irrigation, saline, cleaning using hydrogen peroxide, and biatracin. My recovery has been much easier since I have followed post op directions. This surgery is so worth it! I also love that Dr. Goco uses a gel rather than packing along with my splints. I was so… thankful I didn't have to deal with packing. Recovery from surgery was so much easier than the horror stories I was told by others. The difference here is no doubt that I went to Middle Tennessee Ears, Nose, and Throat. Dr. Goco is a one of a kind surgeon and I appreciate that I was listened to and heard. They made sure to get the bottom of my illness and did everything they could to make sure I have a healthy future! Don't suffer. Make that appointment! I also wanted to share that 10 years ago he removed my tonsils and adenoids. As soon as I woke up from surgery once again I felt instantly better! My tonsils had formed stones and rotted from the inside out. I had been sick for years and my primary care doctor just kept giving me antibiotics and shots to get by. I was so thankful Dr. Goco listened, examined throughly and had them removed as soon as possible. Recovery was easy! I followed post op procedures exactly as he asked and recovered well and quickly with no issues. I have not had strep since them! I can not thank Dr. Goco, his PA, nurses, and everyone at Middle TN ENT for taking topnotch care of me!

If I could give Dr Goco a zero I would, but that's not an option. I got a qtip forcefully lodged in my hear by hitting it with my shoulder during a freak accident on Yesterday. The ER referred me to Dr. Fock as the ENT doctor to follow up with. I have an appointment for tomorrow. However, my ear is bleeding again - so I said I would call Dr Goco since previously the ER said they can't really do anything. I put the call in with the after hours service with Dr Goco's office at 832pm. Meanwhile my ear is still bleeding, not gushing but actively bleeding. At 938pm I called the service back and she confirmed the message had been given to Dr Goco at 835 pm and she would call him again. We hung up and she called me back within a few minutes to state Dr Goco says he doesn't have me listed as a patient so he didn't call me back. She said he told her to tell me to call my regular ENT. Well firstly that is what I would say I did - since he is the referred Doctor since I've never had to see an ENT… in my life. I asked her who should I call - she couldn't assist with that. But I will say that to not have the common courtesy to understand why I called you to call yourself to understand is poor service. The message was 'my ear was actively bleeding'. Not I have a sinus infection. The lack of care, concern or understanding he demonstrated is from someone that should not be practicing medicine where caring for people is a must.

Dr. Goco spends very little time in the actual room. He always seems in a hurry to get to his next patient. I feel like I have to speak very quickly to get anything said to him. He may or may not respond to my concerns.

I would not go to anyone else. He is a great, caring doctor. I trust him with my face.

Not only am I a patient but I have worked with him in a surgical setting as well. He is an excellent physician. After all, he is so good, I chose him as my doctor.

Dr. Goco did a magnificent job on my nose. He straightened it out and still managed to make it look like me! No cookie-cutter nose job here. If you want to fix your nose, don't go to anyone else. Dr. Goco is the best in Murfreesboro!
