Dr. Pavan Rao Saridena, MD

Dr Saridena has been my Gastroenterologist for a couple of years now. He did a procedure on me about a year ago. All of the care I've received from him and his office staff has been top notch! I highly recommend!

Constantly having to reschedule because he can't make it. Neither he or his staff follows up on treatments even though they say they are going to check on you. Constantly having to call myself and ask about tests for monitoring my condition since they don't monitor anything. Was put on a medicine and told they would be calling to tell me how to up the dose. Still haven't heard anything. It's been a month and my prescription ran out so I just quit taking it. On some bad meds that can react bad together but no one is monitoring to see how I am doing. I think he is a very smart doctor. Very disappointed in the lack of urgency or concern from this office. Refuse to see the PA again because it was his lack of real concern that led to this major problem in my opinion.

Dr Saridena is a very nice doctor. He and his staff are very courteous and willing to help. Nicole his nurse is very helpful, kind and takes time with everyone. I would recommend this office to anyone in need of help.
