Dr Guguchev is very clear and helpful. His explanations are comprehensive, yet easy for the dummy to follow. His staff and medical assistants are top notch, and patient friendly.

Dr. Guguchev took the time to review my situation with me in detail and was straightforward and caring about it.

Last thing I remember hearing was 20 beats...dead, and my Dad screaming do something. I was at 20 beats and hadn’t left for the hospital and I remember coming to and everyone telling me I was the luckiest person in the world and THAT was one of my cat lives. I have my pacemaker to remind me of it daily. He did such a great job, you can hardly see my scar! LOL! What a thing to think about!

Dr. Guguchev has consistently taken as much time as necessary to really review in an unemotional and professional way all the options and probable outcomes for my situation. Ultimately he performed a difficult ablation with great success.

I really liked him and he shared what he knew and gave me options to have a better life without worring.

While the Dr. was not always punctual due to unforeseen complications with some of his patients, when it was my turn to be seen by him, he did not rush me, took the time to answer all my questions, explain all procedures and the risks involved and spoke to me like I was an intelligent human being involved in the making of a good healthcare decision. He is caring and kind as well as smart and competent. So rare nowadays!! His staff was very good too so to find a good doctor with good staff is like finding a goldmine cause usually I've found if the staff is good the doctor is not and if the doctor is good, the staff is pretty worthless. He came across as very confident but not at all egotistical and had a wonderfully calm, self assured and pleasant manner as well as a sense of humor. I really felt like I was in very good hands and for what I needed (an EPS procedure and subsequent ablation for atrial flutter), that is an important point. I got the second opinion I was wanting as well as… a cure for a problem my regular heart doc didn't diagnose correctly and couldn't fix!
