Dr. Pavel Niderman

Very disappointing experience at Atlantic Dental PC with Pavel Niderman. Mom’s Dentures were not fitted properly, causing discomfort and poor use. Staff behavior was rude, unprofessional, and unpleasant. Concerns were dismissed with no effort to fix the issue. Not recommended.

I really should have read the reviews, it would have saved me a lot of time. The doctor Nidermen was horrible. I wanted to discuss something called trigeminal nuerologia with him because I thought it could be the cause of my teeth pain, he said it doesn't matter, you to have your teeth pulled. He wanted me to pull six teeth that I would need to eat. I asked if he could do a root canal and he said no and didn't even try there options so I knew he was not the right doctor for me but since I was there I decided to a teeth cleaning and have my cavities taken care of. He passed me off to another doctor who far worse than him. She and the nurse was so unbelievably ghetto and beyond unprofessional. As my teeth and head was hurting I had to listen to conversations about how looking at the mouths of patience disgust them and they went on and on about a patient who had 12 teeth pulled( 12 teeth is bizzare, I think they just like pulling teeth) and the smell was nauseating to them and it was… gross and the first thing they do when they get home is take a shower. They also had loud music playing. As they started working on more sensitive teeth I had to tell them their noise was giving me a headache. She said" well what you want us to do, not talk". I said it was giving me a headache because it was so loud they completed disregarded what I said and kept yapping with the music on as they sang along with it. I tried to deal with it but I couldn't so I began reaching for my ear buds to tune them out, they tried to stop me but I was doing it anyway and then they took the hint and decided to shut up and turned the music off but then they had an attitude with me and couldn't wait to be finished with me and I honestly couldn't wait to be finished with them. After I politely asked them to stop the noise they were done in about five minutes. Lol I'm so glad I didn't get anything major done here and I strongly urge people to think three times before coming here. I will not be back here for anything. I arrived at 12:30 and I left at 5:30 and all had done was a simple cleaning and cavities fixed, oh and just like I saw in many reviews, they do keep coughing and sneezing while working on your teeth. I made sure she turned away from me but still germs are being spread like that. Dr Niderman looks nothing like his picture, in my opinion he looked very rugged and wild, the female doctor looks like she's 20 and I honestly doubt she's a doctor but maybe training to be one.

Pavel Ninderman is rude, unprofessional, and inept. He did not show or explain my x-rays to me but told me I needed fillings on all four quadrants of my mouth. I had 3 fillings and a cleaning done in 1/2 an hour. Half an hour! The cleaning consisted of brushing a polisher on my bottom four teeth! A drill was dropped on my lower lip causing swelling, purple, bruising, and bleeding. No ownership was taken, no apologies offered. Nothing was applied to wound. The assistant swore in Russian and the dentist merely said I was numb anyways. One of the fillings came out later that day. The other two adjoining teeth were badly damaged by the poor work. The office was very unsanitary. There is no soap in staff bathroom. The wait was over an hour. For your own health and safety avoid this practice at all costs!

Dr. Niderman is an administrator not a practicing dentist. He relies on poorly skilled inexperienced young graduates to do the dental work. Once session takes 4 to 5 hours with long waiting period. I had filling two months ago at his practice, since then I have sensitivity to cold water, toothache, difficulty in eating hard food, sore mouth. In spite of the filling having been scaled back, because it was too high, problem persists. I had no ache, pain or sensitivity before the filling. I would strongly recommend that he should close the practice and stop playing with other people's heath.
