Dr. Pavel Rodriguez, MD

An Extraordinary Doctor, Surgeon, and Human Being Dr. Pavel Rodriguez literally saved my life on April 30, 2024, and there are simply no words that can fully express the gratitude I have for him. I will forever be thankful that he was the one physician who stepped up and cared for me when my life depended on it. The other physicians and medical staff, charged with my care at that time, at that facility, failed... and nearly cost me my life. Since that day, Dr. Rodriguez has continued to oversee my care, at a different facility, and the exceptional care I received only from him during that emergency was not a one-time occurrence. It is simply who he is as a physician. In my 58 years of life, I can sincerely say that Dr. Rodriguez is the smartest, most thoughtful, thorough, and attentive doctor I have ever encountered. His knowledge and skill are extraordinary, but what makes him truly exceptional is the way he combines that expertise with genuine compassion and an incredible… attention to detail. He is extraordinarily diligent. He takes the time to carefully evaluate every aspect of my condition and never makes me feel rushed or as though I am simply another patient on his schedule. Dr. Rodriguez also has an amazing ability to explain very complicated medical information in a way that I can understand. He tells me what he sees, what it means, what he recommends, and why. He patiently answers my questions and makes sure I understand what to expect. That level of communication has given me tremendous confidence and peace of mind throughout an extremely difficult medical journey. Most importantly, I have never felt that Dr. Rodriguez is simply “doing his job.” He goes above and beyond. I genuinely believe he thinks carefully about what will give me the safest and best possible outcome and treats my health and my future as if they truly matter to him. That is an incredibly rare quality in a physician. When you have experienced a life-threatening medical emergency, trusting the doctor responsible for your care means everything. I trust Dr. Rodriguez completely. I know that when he is caring for me, I have an exceptionally intelligent, skilled, meticulous, and compassionate physician doing everything he can to achieve the very best outcome. Dr. Rodriguez is not only an amazing interventional radiologist and surgeon; he is an amazing human being. I truly believe he is a gift from God, and I will be grateful to him for the rest of my life. Five stars do not begin to express how highly I recommend him.
