Dr. Pavna Brahma, MD

Dr. Brahma is very compassionate and skilled. She is very thorough in communicating the process and treatment options that are best aligned for your needs. As the daughter of a former SGF employee, to being employed during school, I felt the most comfortable going through SGF for our fertility needs. We live in Charlotte but made the decision to travel to Atlanta for our fertility journey. After our first failed IUI cycle, Dr. Brahma said that I responded well to the medication and treatment and was confident that a second IUI cycle would still provide us with the best option for conceiving. Knowing that we were in great hands, we proceeded with another cycle, waited the dreaded 2 week waiting period and finally got the news we've waiting so long to hear, "congratulations you're pregnant!" I am now at the end of my first trimester and we are beyond blessed for our little miracle baby! We are incredible thankful for Dr. Brahma our SGF care team!!!

We were going to SGF for almost 2 years and tried all the doctors there. All were following routine procedures but we were missing the passion in each one. It was like if you get pregnant its your luck we are doing our job. Then one of my friend suggested to meet Dr. Brahma. In first meeting we could feel that success is not far. She was so passionate about her work. She thoroughly studied our reports and found very small details which everyone else overlooked. She was so caring that we could feel she was putting her 100% in making sure we are getting the right treatment and care. Finally, we got success in a short time period and now I am going to deliver a baby in few months. When I was leaving her practice to go to gynocologist, I wish after infertility treatment she could be my gynocologist as well. I had tears in my eyes with lot of happiness. I am really thankful to Dr. Brahma and her staff!!!

Words can’t describe my amazing experience with Dr. Brahma. She has a rare gift. At the age of 40 , I suffered a heartbreaking failed IVF attempt. The highly rated Clinic/Dr. ( at the time ) blamed my age and low ovarian reserve for the failure. I was advised to face reality and look at the possibility of donor egg options. I decided to take a step back and figure out what the best decision would be for our family. After time and extensive research , we decided ( although the odds were not in our favor ) we were going to try again. Due to the Dr’s reaction/advice to this news, we decided we were going to find someone new to help us in the journey. Luck was on our side, because we found Dr. Brahma. Immediately upon meeting her, we felt heard, understood, taken care of and OPTIMISTIC. She has a kindness and bedside manner that matches her brilliance at what she does. Very rare in this field. I am extremely happy to say, at 43 ( first round with Dr. Brahma ) , I am in my second… trimester with a baby girl:) Please note this is three years after being told by my previous Dr. that I had no viable eggs, and there was very little to no chance of improving my odds as I age. I honestly feel we wouldn’t be here without Dr. Brahma. I am forever grateful.

After 2 years of trying, and then getting diagnosed with male factor infertility, we chose to go to SGF Atlanta to see Dr.Brahma. We were referred to the clinic by a friend, and it came highly recommended. We jumped right in and made a consultation appointment. We eagerly awaited this appointment for what seems like forever, but as soon as Dr.Brahma saw us we felt a sense of calm. Dr.Brahma is very educated in this field and makes you feel so comfortable in this huge life decision. She makes you feel like a patient, not just a number and has some of the best bedside manner I’ve had from a doctor. We went through a bunch of ups and downs in our journey, but Dr.Brahma was always one step ahead of us to help us make the best decision. She’s great at what she does and her team is equally incredible. My nurse Jacqueline was there for me regardless of my questions. Jacqueline was amazing at keeping me in the loop and helping me with all my medications, appointments and test results. Other… doctors in this practice also care immensely for you, i had a SCH at one point and 2 other doctors came in to check me since Dr.Brahma wasn’t there that moment. I felt incredibly cared for and i really can’t recommend them enough. And to top it off, my first FET was a success. We owe it all to SGF and Dr.Brahma and her team. I highly highly recommend them and will continue to have my babies with them. Thank you so much for changing our life and doing all you can do for my family!!

Dr. Brahma is an incredible provider. She always put me at ease and lowered my stress level, not easy to do when dealing with fertility treatments. We are so grateful to her and her staff for our little one month old miracle. Thank you all so much for allowing us into the Shared Risk program!

Dr. Brahma is by far the best reproductive endocrinologist I have ever worked with and she was my fourth. More than results (which I have two beautiful children to thank her for), it is her compassion and empathy that caused me to stay with her even after moving to another state more than 7 hours away. She was worth every flight or long drive because she is thorough and truly worked with me to achieve my greatest hopes and dreams.

My husband and I feel so incredibly lucky to have had Dr. Brahma as our fertility specialist. She is truly a one-of-a-kind hero. She is fastidious and precise, and made thoughtful and careful decisions at every step in our fertility journey. We always appreciated that she was highly detail-oriented and meticulous with our particular fertility needs; she listened to us closely and we always felt her expert attention was being channeled in a very deliberate way toward our goals. Beyond her diligent approach, Dr. Brahma is a warm and caring person who possesses a great deal of empathy; her encouragement and caring demeanor helped to encourage and give us hope through the difficulty of infertility and the challenges of IVF. She is extremely approachable, open, and compassionate in her manner. Our path to parenthood was not easy, but we always had complete faith that she would lead us to our dream of having a child -- and she did. We are beyond grateful for her many gifts as a practitioner,… and cannot imagine recommending anyone more highly to help others obtain their dreams.
