Dr. Payal Jhawar, MD

I found Dr. Jhawar to be very thorough in her initial evaluation and subsequent follow up during my yearly physical exam. I believe I can trust her judgment and she appears to be quite knowledgeable. I look forward to many more years with this lovely doctor.

I have been a patient going on 2 years. Payal has been perfect in every diagnosis and treatments prescribed in every situation. She is easy to communicate and it’s obvious that she studies a patients file prior to appointments and follow up contacts by her staff have been top notch. My 84 year old mother-in-law is a patient of Dr. Jhawar. While she spoke nicely of her, Dr. Jhawar did not come through in a true time of need. My mother-in-law was released from the hospital for cardiac issues, fell and broke her shoulder and was in need of round the clock nursing care. My sister-in-law, husband and myself called Dr Jhawar's office requesting necessary paperwork to get her into a facility where nurses could assist her. We called multiple times over two days and had trouble getting return calls.Finally, we were assured that the paperwork would be sent over. My husband went to the nursing facility to confirm admittance to find Dr. Jhawar had not sent the paperwork. We were left on a Friday night with Monday being a holiday with my mother-in-law who can hardly walk and no medical help. We called before the office was closed, but they had left early due to concern over a storm coming. Awful follow up for calls, no concern for a serious, high risk situation.
