Dr. Pearl Evelyn Grimes, MD

I flew from Las Vegas to see Dr Grimes. I spent 2.5 hours at office. She is an awesome Doctor. First visit and I left very pleased and scheduled to see her again in 10 days. I am happy that I am now receiving treatment from her. Dr. Grimes you rock!

Dr. Grimes gave me all the time I needed. She was so patient and kind. She really listens. I feel so much more relieved in her care (I came from a big HMO and it was awful). If you have derm issues, you should make an appointment with Dr. Grimes. She offers all the latest treatments ando even has access to new stuff through clinical trials.

Been a few times. Very expensive. No one discusses prices and tx plan is rambled off by some assistant. When you ask questions they all seem perplexed. Staff is unorganized... seems afraid of Dr. Dr has NO TIME FOR PATIENTS!!! You are LUCKY TO GET 5 MIN. On a positive note I have had some results.

I have been a patient of Dr. Grimes for over 20 years, she has not changed, outstanding. She takes her time to determine your plan for treatment. For a short period she wasn't accepting my insurance, as soon as my employer secured a PPO, I ran back to her. She is no doubt, the best.

Spends no time with patient. Very unorganized.

I waited in her waiting room for almost an hour before the doctor saw me. She spent about 4 minutes with me then said one of the nurses would come and get me. They forgot about me and I sat in the exam room for about 30 minutes. I expected to get some kind of prescription. Nope. Instead I was offered hundreds of dollars worth of her OWN line of skin care. Unbelievable. I left feeling humiliated and angry.

Dr. Grimes has been a blessing. My young son began to suffer with vitiligo five years ago. We found Dr. Grimes on-line and went to see her for the first time three years ago and again recently. My son has regained over 90% of pigment and we couldn't be happier. Dr. Grimes is awesome!!!!!

By far she is the worst doctor and staff. Long time to see her( more than 1 hour waiting), poor follow up, and she is always busy and see you for less than 3 min.

Save your time and money and see another doctor she is a waste

For Dr Grimes its all about the MONEY. Every patient she sees its dollar signs and never about them getting better. She has no respect or high standards to her patients and I have been seeing another dermatologist who is far mroe knoledgeable than she was. Seek another physician and I am telling you this from experience
