My frist visit was nice staff was nice helpful and fast had me in and out with in a hour, My second visit didnt like so much just beacuse i did have a appointment & my twins where new borns and there was so many sick kids i was afraid my new borns where gona get sick. After they took in three patient's then they called us in to see the doc. Next thing i hate is that if your baby is real sick they will not take walk-ins after 11. But they have took care of my babies so i love this doctor office the doctors are very carrying ;-)

I don usually write reviews but I'm so discontent with this office that for the first time took the time to write one. The doctors are great but the office staff is the worse People you could deal with. They NEVER return calls, when they say they will have something ready the next day is never true they make you come back 2 -3 times over and over again. And EVERY TIME you call they are too busy for you and ask you to call back over and over again. Worse clinic to deal with not because of the doctors but because of the poor service the office assistant provide.

I highly recommend the doctors, most of them are great. But the office staff is horrible. My daughter is 8 and she's being going there since she was born. I honestly say the doctors have been great. But the office staff is rude, they're not helpful at all. Calling to make an appointment, good luck, they will either hang up on you or leave you in hold for many minutes, is so frustrating. Is even worst when you have a question, there's a 5% chance you'll get the answer over the phone. I have put up with them mostly because I like the doctors and because I've been lucky and I rarely I have to go. But I'm done, they even charge $10 for any doctors note for the school.

very pleasant experience

First of all I was extremely uppset at the waiting time and when I asked when I can be let in one of the staff cussed me out.Hey if the staff that cussed me out is reading this I wanna tell them just one thing..."GET A LIFE!!!!"

horrible experience at this office. Way too many sick kids at the same time. They don't spend enough time with their patients.I would not recommend this doctor to anyone.

Lovely to be a part of a medical practice and a tradition of a family of doctors!
