Dr. Ganchi is a talented plastic surgeon that also makes her patients her #1 priority. I had my upper eyelid blepharoplasty done by Dr. Ganchi. She did a great job. I always had hooded eyelids, and as I got older, they began to droop on the sides, and started to obstruct my vision when I would look to the sides. After researching for months and meeting with several doctors, I chose Dr. Ganchi and I’m so glad I did. My eyes look beautiful and also natural. Dr. Ganchi is not only great at what she does, she is also very responsive to her patience. I had called the office on a day it was closed and left a message. I called because I developed a chalazion (bump) on my eye a week before the procedure and I wasn’t sure if I should reschedule it. I figured I would leave a message and get a return call sometime the next day. To my surprise, a few hours later, Dr. Ganchi called me. I apologized that I was bothering her on a day the office was closed and she assured me it was no… problem, because when the office is closed she checks her messages. She then called the surgical center to reschedule the procedure and called me back to let me know I was all set with the new date. I couldn’t believe she went above and beyond on her day off. She even followed up with another call a few days later to see how my eye was doing. On the day of my surgery she made me feel so relaxed. She checked on me before she left the surgical center and called me during the week to see how I was doing. If you are looking for a great plastic surgeon that also cares for her patients, Dr. Ganchi is your doctor!
