The only negative is the wait, but he is worth the wait!!

Dr Falla and staff where no nice and they really listened to my mom and us her daughters. Never felt rush at all. My first time meeting him he use to see my grandmother and now my parents. We have no complaints keep up the good work

My mom is a person with many chronic conditions and this doctor has known about carrying everything with high excellence.

Doctor Falla was my doctor for a lot of years and as his business grew you keep getting shoved to NPS very rarely see your own doctor the staff there is the worst very incompetent prescriptions don't get filled on time you wait hours when your there for an appt but if your a min late they tell you that they can't see you after all the years I was with doctor falla I had to leave and get another primary care doctor. So sad the staff is so unprofessional.

Dr.Falla is ok. But his receptionist are unprofesional or poorly trained. Theyre Rude, Arrogant Irresponsible, Disrespectful and truly obnoxious. Its a darn shame....

I am a new comer to the South Coast and being a cancer survivor, I am very aware of my health. Dr. Falla was referred to me by a friend and after meeting him the first time, I realized he is a very good at what he does as well as having a great sense of humor and humility. Would not mind if he was my neighbor kind of guy.!!

My messages never get to the doctors and end up in the hospital every month still. So im not really getting treated.

Just started seeing Dr. Falla after a friend recommended him. He is very friendly and caring. The wait time in the exam room was a bit too long but could be worse. The staff were unprofessional and didn't really seem like they knew what they were doing. I had blood work done to check for a possible thyroid condition three weeks ago and I still haven't gotten a call back with the results. He said I would hear from them within a week. I called twice and left a message on two separate occasion to try and get them to call me with my results and I still haven't herd back from them. If he had a better more reliable office staff I would give him 5 stars.

Dr. Falla is a very knowledgeable physician, however his staff are so disorganized. You make an appointment and then you go to your so called scheduled appointment and the office is closed and their are other patient's waiting outside with you who also have appointments. You never see the same face twice. He always has new staff and they are incompetent. After the visit, you expect to have your meds called in or faxed to your pharmacy. However, that does not happen, you have to continue to call the office and request the meds be called in or faxed to the pharmacy. If you need any meds right away, forget about it. It is not going to happen. All his decorations in his office have to be nailed down, which is most likely due to the clientele he cares for. I have never seen such a disorganized physician office. You wait hours to be seen. If you work, plan on taking a lot of time out of work to just wait to be seen. I have been in the office and there are many of his patients with the… same appointment time.... Very disappointed. Found a new PCP...

Dr. Falla has been my doctor for over 10 yr's well trained and not afraid to prescrbe med's that I need to ease pain and remain healthy. his staff is another issue very seldom returning calls and will not refill meds without an appointment I agree with the former post that the office mgr. needs to be replaced the experience is there but you have to build a fire under them to get them to follow up on anything.
