He seemed to dislike me at first sight. He was very abrupt and tersely shut me down when trying to ask a question.

Dr. Piza is the BEST shoulder surgeon around. He replaced my mother’s shoulder and we are forever grateful!! If you need shoulder surgery, he is your doctor!

I was given a referral by my primary.This has nothing to do with the Dr.Piza, it was his staff especially Cindy.When I arrived I called the office because i was in the parking lot and could not find the building.Cindy answered and told me she had been calling me all morning.No Cindy was calling a number i had 10 years ago.She then told me they had not received the approval from the insurance company.I had spoken with the insurance company just prior and everything was good.I told Cindy I would call the insurance myself .Well Cindy was not listening NO you must call your primary.I told Cindy I would call my insurance company and for her to please tell me what office Dr Piza was in so that I would not be late.All i got from her was a rebuttal call your primary.I called my insurance they spoke with Cindy and ok.Now i still cannot find the building so that made me late.I have asthma and if she wold have told me that parking in a certain place would have helped my walking and breathing it… would have made me less huffing and puffing.I arrive in the office and was given some papers which i could not complete but i noticed all my information had already been printed on it except it was all wrong.The address was over 10 years .A nurse or assistant just told me to sign papers and did not let me read what i was signing.I did not like the way i was treated in a very rushed manner and they did not give me the opportunity to wright all the meds or even next of kin.Also someone made a statement about me in spanish .I dont appreciate even one word about me in spanish .You do not talk about patients or rush them or make them sign papers and have wrong information about them.I will not enter that office He seems like a nice doctor but his staff is a jerk Especially Cindy.

So thankful I had Dr. Piza do surgery on my shoulder. Will only use him from here on.

My wife has had shoulder pain for quite some time. Dr. Piza did a reversed shoulder surgery on her and we both cannot believe how much better she is. Very little pain and can actually lift her arm! Would highly recommend Dr. Piza!!!!
