Este señor ,fue capaz de negarme asistencia a un tratamiento de cancer ,después de una cirujia de cancer de seno . Este señor tiene hasta mala práctica.Ko se lo recomiendo a nadie

Dr Portal runs a clinic that is incredibly unorganized and unwilling to work with patients. I needed a referral to go to a specialist and they refused to give it to me because I chose an in-network specialist that wasn’t on the list of the specialist they work with!!!! It’s a scheme!!!! They obviously must get kick backs or some benefits from those specialists. They refused to give me referral regardless of me explaining that I was having chest pains and that the cardiologist had sent me to get tests done ASAP.

This man should not call himself Dr. He is a most unconscionable, money grubbing quack. (no office to ducks). His staff is totally unprofessional and along with Portal have no consideration for the well being of their patients. He must have several other Doctors in his pocket, because he will only give you a referral to one of his cronies. If you are sick best that you go to a Veterinarian; ,guaranteed to get better treatment.

I have never in my 70 years had such a bad experience with a doctor. Waiting time in his office can be two hours to see him for five minutes.

Even if you have full insurance coverage, the office staff will say your insurance does not cover your visit and demand payment. I paid and called my insurance again and confirmed I have 100% coverage. However, the dr. office will not return my payment. They will double charge and make up any excuse for additional charges. Dr portal will not perscibe meds during visit, he wants you to return and pay another $120 for another visit. The whole office is a scam to double bill and make patents return for additional office visits. You have been warn!
