Dr. Pedro A Rodriguez

Was informed today no longer a patient due to no shows! First of all didn't receive a letter of dismissal second of all they didn't have my right number to verify appointments. The office manager is very rude and I am not the only one she's rude to. I have friends and family that go there. I have waited many times over an hour and a half. Don't recommend this place!

I really liked Dr Rodriguez.but I developed a terrible tooth ache and I can not even eat anything.Called for appointment was told best they could do was 6 weeks.How can I wait 6 weeks!!I told them I would have to find another dentist and I would not be back.They did not seem to care.

The last review is absolutely right! The secretary is so rude and unprofessional!! I know of 2 other people who stopped going there because of her. I currently go there and if it werent for the fact I can get in literally every day of the week I wouldnt go back! It should tell u something right there that they dont have many patients if i can go in monday and get an appt for the rest of the week regularly. Once all my major work is done I won't be going back! I have never been late but she is rude.

Dr. Rodriguez is a wonderful dentist. He listens to all the concerns you may have and addresses them, however, find yourself another dentist unless you want to be treated like crap from his secretary. Each and every time I have been to the office she was the rudest person I have ever in countered in a professional setting. I was late to my first appointment by ten minutes and I explained I had to drop my daughter at the sitters. . . She actually followed ,e out to my car to see that she wasn't with me and asked my why my friend who was in the car couldn't have watched her!! What business is it of yours where my daughter is and is not? I wrote my fourth appointment in my book wrong I guess and she called mt ten minutes after the time it was supposed to be at, I told her I had a different time and that I was sorry and asked if I could reschedule. She went on to tell me that the other person in the office just called me two days ago to confirm my appointment. And I should have known the.… I had the wrong time, again. I apologized and said look, you don't need to go in and on do you want to reschedule my appointment or not? I don't need you to pick apart why I had the wrong time! And the. She hung up on me!! I have never tried to offend anyone or be rude to them this woman is just unqualified to be n this public position and should. It be working with people at all! Good luck getting past the door with this one !
