Dr. Pedro Sepulveda, MD

PEOPLE GET WORSE & POSSIBLY DIE WAITING FOR THIS DR OR HIS STAFF TO ANSWER & RETURN PHONE CALLS. HE DOESN'T SEEM INTERESTED IN SAVING LIVES.

This Dr has no bedside manners. He hospitalized my family member and didn't follow up for 5 days once I demanded a transfer. He does nothing to care, he gives the run around and all he is doing is collecting a paycheck from these poor patients. I wouldn't take my family member or ANYONE for that manner to him. His office is rude and the Dr lacks any type of concern or urgency in his care.

apt was at 800 I left at 935 at the dr had not gotten there yet I think that there is no care if a dr make you wait so long

I found the staff to be very courteous and efficient. The doctor was running a little behind schedule, but still took time to talk to me and answer questions. Over all it was a good experience as doctor visits go.

My husband has been taking my mother-in-law to Dr, Sepulveda's office for almost 6 months and he has run them all over the place for tests and has not started anything for her cancer. His office staff is horrible. If you call they'll put you on hold for over 30 minutes. When you call back they'll say sorry we're in clinics. Rude office staff. I wonder if the doctor even knows how bad his staff is. If at all possible do not work with Sandra. This complaint is just because we are fed up with this doctor and his staff. Go somewhere else for treatment. We will let our doctor, whom referred Dr. Sepulveda, the way we have been treated and to not use him as a referral. EVER....
