I was referred to him by the State Insurance Fund because I required surgery on the shoulder/arm (tendinosis). After two orthopedists had refrained from intervening, Dr. Tort accepted me as a patient, assuring me that he would attend my injury without any inconvenience. I went to pre-admission with everything they had asked me and when it was my turn, Dr. Tort was chatting with some colleagues and joking with each other. He took my hand and lifted my arm and quickly let go. When I lowered my arm he raised his voice proclaiming a "miraculous healing" and everyone laughed. Then he told me that he was not going to intervene because, according to him, "a miracle happened." The State Insurance Fund grant me disability and to this day I continue to suffer cramps in the biceps and shoulder, I cannot lift more than 5 pounds with my left arm

De mi parte es irrespetuoso y desconsiderado. Fui referido a él por el Fondo del Seguro del Estado porque requería cirugía en el hombro/brazo (tendinosis). Luego de que dos ortopedas se habían abstenido de intervenirme, el Dr. Tort me aceptó como paciente asegurándome que iba atender mi lesión sin ningún inconveniente. Acudí a mi pre admisión con todo lo que me habían requerido y cuando me llaman y paso a mi turno, el Dr. Tort se encontraba charlando con algunos compañeros y bromeaban entre sí. Me tomó la mano y levantó mi brazo y rápidamente la soltó. Cuando bajé el brazo él alzo la voz proclamando una curación milagrosa y todos rieron. Acto seguido me indico que no me iba a operar porque según él: "ocurrió un milagro". El fondo me reconoció incapacidad sin remedio y hasta hoy día sigo sufriendo calambres en el bíceps y hombro, no puedo levantar más de 5 libras con mi brazo izquierd

Dr. Tort realizo una exitosa cirugia en mi rodilla y despues de la recuperacion he continuado practicando deportes. Ademas de Medico, el trato es de Amigo.
