She is very kind and professional doctor I have seen so far

She was the doctor to confirm I was going through a miscarriage. She had no empathy and rushed through my appointment. Told me to get over it and try again in two cycles. Horrible experience.

I was so nervous when I went to my clinic appointment. Dr. Hsu made me very relaxed and calm. She addressed all of my concerns and she took her time with me. I left the appointment with ease. she emailed me the next day with all the lab results! Highly recommended.

Rude, disrespectful, condescending, manipulative, need mental health help.

Easiest exam ever. Everything went smooth and she made me feel comfortable the entire time. She talked to me and listened instead of quick in and out service. Highly recommend.

She is not special doctor

I moved cities and selected Dr.as my Obgyn mid-pregnancy. My first visit with her, she was very rude and condescending. No empathy or care whatsoever.

Sarcastic and mocking attitude and made me feel like a hypochondriac.

Had to do pap which I dreaded. That was the reason why I did not go to a Gyn in ages. When I finally went, Dr. Hsu put me at ease and told me it will be fine. And it was. It was not only quick but the entire exam was comfortable. She spent the rest of the appointment going through my health and talked about preventions. She is the best.

She was prompt and had a good smile. She sat with me instead of staring at the computer like some others. She chatted with me but asked about my concerns. She has good bedside manners and very smart. I'd go to her again if she is taking new patients.
