Dr. Jones is an excellent doctor! I have been recommending her for years to others. She is a very caring doctor and listens to her patients. She answers questions, and explains things very thoroughly. She's one of the nicest people I know!

Dr. Jones is a fantastic doctor who makes every appointment so much less uncomfortable than I'm expecting or have previously experienced. She is very easy to talk to, comprehensive, takes any concerns or questions I have seriously, takes time to ensure all of my needs have been met, and on top of it all makes me laugh! Highly recommended.

Less sarcasm and more professionalism is an expectation from a doctor. It is also concerning to treat patients in a condescending manner and to talk to them as if they are children, all the while the patient is paying $200+ per appointment since the premium hasn’t been met yet. The last straw was the constant rescheduling and a nurse authorizing a double booking due to a delay in the doctors schedule, and then being instructed to reschedule for the following week. As first time parents, this is unacceptable. There is already enough stress of the unknown. My suggestion is to select a doctor that doesn’t feel entitled to talk down on you based off of their seniority. At this point her patients are dispensable. After switching doctors I am relieved to have a doctor that is sincere, attentive (doesn’t check their watch every 5 minutes), is equipped with an answer (as opposed to “I don’t know”), and always ensures that I am comfortable. Such a blessing!

From the moment I met Dr. Jones, I felt extremely confident in her ability to deliver my baby safely. She always listened to my concerns and wishes for my pregnancy and the delivery. She has an amazing bedside manner and all of her staff is great as well! Highly recommend her!
