This office works with kids!!! Today we had quite the traumatic experience this is the 5th time I’ve had one of my daughters be sedated for dental work and the second time at this office!! This was the first time for my 4 year old and they were rougher with my 4 year old then with my 12 year old first off try the pulse oximeter didn’t want to work properly concern number 1 when you need to be properly monitoring your patients that took up a good 15 to 20 minutes getting that fixed then we discussed treatment right in front of an already fearful four year old in a non child friendly way as if she couldn’t comprehend what they were saying I was dumbfounded then when I needed a moment to coax her to take the meds to get her sedated I apparently took too much Of their time up so they wanted me to wrangle my child and force medicine up her nose because she needed to hurry up and that I had taken 45 minutes of her time up and they didn’t want to risk her spitting the meds out I was shocked… they were not kid friendly nor did they really explain anything on her level or do a single thing to make her comfortable if you think this is normal I urge you to go to dr margolis for extractions he would never treat his patients in this manner nor would dr Jones of carillon children’s pediatric dentistry now my four year old will probably be terrified of the dentist thanks to this office and their uncaring unprofessional staff!!

Called at 9 am confirmed 2 appointments. Then when mail came a letter stating no longer seeing patients over age 14 ! Unless need sedated! Called was told was waiting until I called back after receiving letter.

This dentist office has the rudest staff, and the dental assistants are untrained, needless to say the doctor was over booked appointment and was kept waiting. Will not be recommending this dentist.

My 4 year old went in for an extraction. We paid $810 cash for sedation to minimize the psychological trauma as he was too scared to even have an xray done. After getting him home, I realized a piece of the tooth was still in his gums!!! the receptionist advised me first that if a piece is loose they will sometimes leave it in. This was an abscessed tooth...I told her that we paid for them to pull a tooth, not 75% of a tooth. She then told me to pull the remaining piece myself. I told her I was not putting my hands in my sons mouth where there is an open wound and risk infection to pull a tooth that I paid them to pull. I then had to take my son back, have him strapped down while she put numbing gel on his gum to pull the remaining piece of the tooth. This defeated the entire purpose of paying cash to have him sedated to minimize a traumatic experience. Do not take your children here. If they cared about their patients they would do things correctly the first time. My son will now… forever be afraid of the dentist. There is only one word to describe what happened to my child...torture. Unacceptable, completely unacceptable.

2 hour wait. My 4 yo came out shaking & crying uncontrollably. Will never go back!

I filled in at this office and would not take any of my family or friends. She often pushes unnecessary treatment and wanted me to push unnecessary treatment when working for her.

Amazing dentist and staff

Absolutley amazing....my daughter loves coming here and she never leaves unhappy. Amazing dentist for kids

I had to have 10 teeth pulled in two separate visits and both visits were top notch. Dr. Lovecchio's manner in how she gives shots was unbelievable. I hate needles and i had to have approximately 5 shots each visit and both times it was almost painless. All of her staff were friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this Dentist.

Dr. Lovecchio was a very patient and caring doctor. My children absolutely love her and we would follow her anywhere. She will tell you what you are doing wrong so you can be a better parent. You can learn from that or be in denial. The choice is yours. And our choice will continue to be Dr Lovecchio because I want the truth so I can be a better parent by learning the proper way to care for my childrens teeth.
