Dr. Hu has been taking care of my parents for over 15 years now. They love him! He is professional and caring. His office staff are great too.

Patient presented in his office with sever allergic reaction. Family explained that patient was experiencing a systemic reaction to two cardiac meds known to potentially elicit this type of immune response. This physician did not listen to family member and referred patient to go see a dermatologist who was not available for 3 months. His office was able to get a sooner dermatology appointment 30 days out. Family member sought out another immediate appointment with patient's cardiologist who assessed patient properly, order lab tests, treated the allergic reaction, and tapered patient off of meds. Lab results indicate allergic reaction as family claimed in the original visit. This is a systemic issue not a dermatology issue. Poor assessment and listening skills.
