She is very compassionate and helpful. sometimes the office is a little bit crazy

I had a sserous skin outbreak and was refered to Dr. Bernstien by Mimomides Hospital.

I had an appointment and had to wait with 3 children for 1 1/2 Hours in a jam packed waiting room till Dr. Bernstein saw us. no apology from anyone, that is normal in that office.

The office is dirty and cold, the staff is rude, and the doctor recommended removing things that my doctor said were benign - I imagine just to get paid for it. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone.

I waited more than 2 hrs for the doctor skipped me 2x and my visit was like 5 min long. making an appointment forget about it u might as well call call to get appointment. Receptionists is really rude should be fired the other one is real slow should retire. Get new receptionist and younger ones as well maybe they will have nicer attitudes.everytime i go the receptionist is figting with some patient whether in person or on the phone. The doctor is slow and keeps stepping out of the office and is always late that why she has patients waitingvto long. Ive been there several times and my condition is still persistent and doesnt try anything new even though i have asked for it. Dont plan on coming back dont even try coming here dont waste your time!!!

I had the most unpleasant experience in this office! From the minute I entered the waiting room that was so overcrowded that I had my mother who is 86 years old wait outside. The staff is unfriendly and rude . I had to live without seeing a doctor with the decision never to come into this office again!

the secretary was mean,angry,and extremely unprofessional. to treat my problem of acne, it felt like a guessing game w medicines. after all the back and forth, she didnt help heal my acne. very disappointed.

Horrible service, called me a liar, scammer and cheater. They didn't call insurance and put the onus on me to check coverage.Unprofessional staff, rude and disrespectful, made my visit a nightmare. Doctor shrugged off staff's attitude.

If in a future i need to see a dermatologist i definitely going to go back yo see Dr. Burnstein
