Dr. Percy Howard, MD

The doctor himself is a good doctor. But his front staff has a rating of 1. They're very arrogant and confrontational. When You call with a simple question or for help, you always get a recording. Then it takes 3 to 4 days to get a callback from them with an attitude.They overtalk you like you're not educated and they know it all.Zero compassion.Unfortunately you can't get to the doctor directly. I may switch doctors because of this.

Dr. Howard has been my PCP doctor for over 25 years. Always able to schedule appointments when needed and my health concerns are always addressed. Great response to my emails. Since I currently have several specialists handling my health needs; I appreciate the scribes he utilizes to help keep my records documented in his system.

Tried to schedule an appointment using their online tool. Tool was easy and efficient. Got a call the night before my appointment saying that tool isn’t the real scheduling tool they use so I don’t actually have an appointment. They can get me a real appointment in 3 days. I show up for the real appointment 3 days later and they say you never confirmed you wanted the appointment., but I got a text message from them as a reminder for my new appointment. If it is this difficult in getting an appointment setup I’m not interested in them managing my care.

Dr. Howard is straight and to the point. I don't always like to hear what he has to say,but i know he has my best interest at heart. I can apperciate him

I sent my mother to him. As a PHYSICIAN, I wanted her to get great care. I was appalled when she came home in tears. his bedside manner is atrocious! He is cold & callous & told her he only had a few minutes so get to the point. I had to find her a different doctor because there was no way we were going back!
