Dr. Peri Unligil, MD

My husband and I are very fortunate to have found Dr. Unligil years ago. She is bar none the best primary care physician we have encountered. She is thorough, analytical, methodical yet compassionate, kind and attentive. A knowledgeable physician with wonderful beside manners and accurate diagnoses, she will also follow up to ensure our medical issues have been resolved. Thank you, Dr. Unligil!

Dr. Unligil is a fantastic doctor. Unfortunately, her office hours are minimal and because she is out of UPMC GI, there is not courteous enough staff. I've been seeing her since turning 18 (shy of 10 years ago), but can never get on her schedule for appointments. Staff does not do well with following up with her and the patient to find alternative times or doctors to fill in when she is unavailable.

I really like Dr Unligil, she is very thorough and doesn't rush your appts. I also really like the fact that i can just call her and say i am having this problem she doesn't request to see me all the time if it is something I have had multiple times before! I LOVE THAT! i know what i have just help me! I do work too! Her hours are a little hard to work around i almost always have to take time off but its worth it she is pretty awesome!
