Never does anything to be helpful. Accused me of lying and just always a sour attitude.

Told me she left Rockton Ave due to black patients.Doesnt listen, hair hangs in her face, very angry & rude & moody.Told me she's only a GP, go see a specialist of my choice, flagged me as drug addict - complete lie. Avoid this poison apple. She needs drug test or shrink.

DR. GUENEV is an exceptional primary care doctor. She listens and assists and makes sure I am comfortable with my health. Her staff is very kind and helpful.

She is the man, a true friend. Bomb.com is her middle name.

I was having insurance issues due to switching providers and front desk lafy was very nice and polite, try what she can do to help. Said ill reschedule, the receptionist advise me I didn't have to that once I get the insurance information straightened out to just call them with the insurance information within 30 days or if I got Bill within 30 days to send the bill to the insurance carrier so they can pay it and that doctor Guenev still have to see me and cant deny me medical care but when I went in the back her nurse's assistants was very nice she did everything she was supposed to do and when the doctor guenev came in the room she just looked at me talked barely listened to me and did nothing that I asked for coming to the initial visit so I guess she figured she wasn't sure if she was getting paid so she wasn't going to service me that's just how I felt leaving her office. overall I guess she's okay. May i add i have been with her for over 8+yrs.

Dr. Guenev is a racist who dislikes blacks. She lies and refuses to be honest. She said to my dying Aunt, who was seeking further medical attention in Madison, Wisconsin, "I don't know why you're going to Madison you're going to die anyway." Wow! Dr. Guenev refused to write a Narrative Report for my cousin who was involved in a motor vehicle accident. Then later agreed to write that report for $300 in advance. Once she received the $300 she supplied a 6 paragraph letter which did noting to describe explain my cousin's medical condition to state other pertinent information. When my cousin went in to see Dr. Guenev she refused to speak with her and sent her very rude, lying nurse, Annette J. Ludeman, to speak with her instead. Ms. Ludeman refused to provide any information as well and called the police to have my cousin arrested... But no arrest could be made because my cousin and her accomplish had done nothing wrong. Dr. Guenev and her lying nurse, Ms. Ludeman, should be avoided at all… costs, especially if you want to remain healthy and free. They are both lying, racist pigs. You have been warned.

Dr. Guenev had always been great for my family. I have been with her for 6 or so years for myself and my kids and husband for 5 years. My mother and brothers also go and see her as well. She remembers my family and asks about them even if I go for myself. She even remembers illness from a while ago for my kids and asks about it. She is acceptable with the decisions I make with my children and doesn't force anything. I enjoy her and would recommend her. Also my oldest loves kita the nurse :)

she doesn't listen very well

I have had several good experiences with Dr. Guenev. She is compassionate and caring and listens thouroughly to my issues. She spent at least a half hour or more during my appointment which was beyond expected. My only complaint was with her staff who can sometimes be a little rude, especially when having a bad day.I would refer Dr. Guenev to anyone I know especially after appointments with other Dr.s prior to finding Dr. Guenev who were not compassionate and did not offer adequate care.

Dr. Guenev is the kind of Dr. I had dreaded getting. She sees you for 1 minute and doesn't LISTEN to what you are saying and prescribes 10 medicines and sends you on your way. When I had a problem and came back, she was frustrated that I was still trying to get help from her for the SAME PROBLEM. I now know that I can't go back to her and I have to find another Dr. I would not reccommend her to ANYONE.
